What Happened To Judd Nelson – Journalist David Blum was scheduled to interview actor Emilio Estevez in Los Angeles. Realizing that Estévez was running with a group of twenty-something actors who were partying, Blum gave him a nickname: the Brat Pack.
Like the famous Rat Balls of the 1950s and 1960s, Blum felt that the Brat Balls were a good fit for Estevez’s crowd because they were “younger, greener, younger” than Frank Sinatra’s gangsters, people drinking and smoking of a generation. in the past

Judd Nelson Doesn’t Share Molly Ringwald ‘breakfast Club’ Misgivings
I am from Portland, Maine on the Atlantic coast. When you look out to sea, nothing is as far away as Britain. It’s just one big expansion of the dangerous Atlantic Ocean. And then there’s you.
Growing up, I was into punk and ska, everything with fast, fast beats. Moshpit is a great way to spend a Friday night. The first band I ever saw was Aerosmith, I think at the Maine fair in Portland when I was in fifth grade. It was the same year that, in science class, I learned about gravity and how the Earth spins very fast on its axis and travels through outer space at thousands of miles per hour.
That was a big inspiration for me. I didn’t know that the water in my glass that didn’t move at all moved so fast. It probably explained why I was always jumping around and being so energetic. We do not stand still: we all fly.

I love the Ramones. They took me to the Boys and Girls Club. I loved the sound of their music before I knew they were English. Then the Devil took me to the Rolling Stones.
When I auditioned for The Breakfast Club, I had to audition in New York first. I was called to a second casting in Los Angeles. I remember I was listening to Holiday in the Sun by the Sex Pistols on my Walkman.
Not sure why, it just seemed to fit the bill. I took off my headphones and turned up the volume, so they sounded like little speakers. The casting director tapped me on the shoulder and said, “Can you shoot that?” I thought, “Yes, you are right, I may not be right now.” And then I got the role.

Acting is a profession of illusions. If you do your job well, you are not confused about things. It is very rare for a baker to be confused with a cake. But it’s easy to mistake Sean Connery for James Bond. If I was in the restaurant and the fight and Connery was there, I think he would come down and stop it. Connery, I think, could do that.
It’s like why you don’t mess with Clint Eastwood. In Dirty Harry and the Outlaw Josey Wales, he is the youngest man in the world. Don’t forget about the difference; the number doesn’t matter. He’s always on the right side, so don’t mess with him. So McQueen is just… Holy Moly. It’s just amazing. So these are the three actors that I liked when I was younger. I’m still waiting to decide what I want to do when I grow up.

Performance-wise, it is not a very important medicine. But when I was young, I must say that I liked plants. I think it’s a really fun way to wind down. I just can’t believe it. In elementary school, I followed the smell into the boys’ bathroom and smoked for the first time. I remember feeling like my mind was going haywire at times. I felt like I was in my friend’s garage for hours and hours, but it was only five minutes. I thought, “Wow, that’s great.” It’s all fun and games until someone in the right spot notices.
When I went to Haverford College in Pennsylvania, they had a grocery store called Pathmark. Everything is a Pathmark. It’s like the Road Runner cartoon, where everything is Acme. But there’s something about big house lighting and equipment: it’s just too bright. I’ll go to Pathmark with the food, walk through the door and light up like I’m getting an x-ray.
What Happened To The ‘core’ Brat Pack Members Like Judd Nelson, Andrew Mccarthy, And Ally Sheedy?
My parents were, and still are, without a doubt my heroes. I didn’t realize how lucky I was until I went to a friend’s house for dinner. I was like, “Wow, your parents are shit.”
I was loud in school, so in sixth grade I was put in a play called The Baron of… something. It’s a weird music that I play some old burgomaster. I think they just want to influence me to be patient with me.
I joined the Shoestring Theater company, which would go with a four-piece brass band. Half a dozen of us would walk in the background with huge papier-mâché heads, on stilts or juggling. Use very large paper
