Best Seller Thriller Books – I have always been a reader. Ever since I was little, even in high school and college, I’ve always been interested in reading a good book, and when I read one, that’s all I can think about. I spent days eating them and frantically tried to find one that would explode.
But there is an advantage: I mostly read only interesting things. Ever since I was in second grade and my dad bought me the Nancy Drew series, I enjoyed not knowing what was going to happen in the story I was reading. However, the problem? When thrillers are good, they are good; but if they are bad, they are worse than any book of any kind.
Best Seller Thriller Books
Choosing between my favorite books is like choosing between my children; I put time and effort into each of them and love them all in their own way. But after much debate, these are the 10 best thrillers I’ve read (as well as some older, better ones), and I can promise you they’re worth your time. Sit outside and prepare not to move until tomorrow – you can’t turn it off.
Of The Best Thriller Books From The Last 80 Years
I read this on New Years last year and when I finished it I can say with confidence that it was the best book I read in 2019. Alicia seemed to have a perfect life until one day her husband came home, shot him, and then he did not speak again. Refusal to speak has made her case more notorious, and I promise you won’t be able to guess any of the things that happened from start to finish. Voted the best thriller of 2019, this thriller deserves the hype.
I’ve been a huge fan of The Silence of the Lambs since I first saw it (in second grade, mind you). To this day, I will die saying this is the best movie of any genre, period. So you can imagine how I felt a bit of a lie when I just realized last year that there was a book. I read it in 48 hours and it was better than the movie. It gives more insight into the story and inner workings of Hannibal Lecter, and with his portrait of Anthony Hopkin inevitably playing in your head as you read, it doesn’t get much better than this.
In fact, I can say that I made everyone around me read it since I finished it a month ago. Since it’s about a couple who kill as a hobby, you know it’s going to be full of surprises, but you’ll never guess what the main character has up her sleeve. It sounds like it’s going to be crazy gory, but I think anyone can handle it and enjoy it.
Best Psychological Thriller Books
Korede’s sister, Ayola, is beautiful and charming, but now her third boyfriend in a row has died, and Korede must find out how far she will go to protect her. Even if you’re not into mysteries at all, there’s enough humor in this book to get you through a day. It combines tension and comedy like no other book I’ve ever read, and it makes for a unique, very enjoyable read.
Of Gillian Flynn’s books, Gone Girl has gotten the most hype, and I believe it’s nothing but a crime. This book is my favorite of her three novels (it was the first one she wrote). He tells the story of a journalist who returns to her hometown after a girl is found murdered, but finds herself with more than she bargained for. If you need a little fun activity, read this and then watch the HBO series starring Amy Adams.
One night, Anne and Marco Conti’s baby goes missing while they are in the house nearby, and suspicions immediately fall on them, but what really happened is more complicated. This story is twist after twist and has left a lasting impression on me since I read it months ago.
The Most Influential Thriller Books
No comic series would be complete without the king of horror himself, Stephen King. Yes, The Shining is famous for its movie, but the book is so much better (how many times have I said that in my life?). The movie is really the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this story – the 447-page novel is the gold standard of horror and horror books.
Jack and Grace look like the perfect couple, but as you can imagine, what you see above is only half of it. I read this book on one plane ride and it was one of the scariest books I’ve ever read because of how realistic it is. A page turner if there is one.
I only read this book last weekend, but it was such an amazing journey that it became the first of 10 straight away. Ellie Mack was kidnapped from a 15-year-old girl, and 10 years later her mother was injured again. It’s hard to find good thrillers based on believable facts, but this one is nothing if not believable.
New Mystery Books To Read This Summer (2023)
This book is far from new, but when I sit down and think about the most interesting things I’ve read, it’s near the top. It’s such a complex and brilliant story that it’s hard to believe anyone could have come up with it – it has so many layers and keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time. Even if you’ve seen the movie, the book is worth reading.
I had to read this book in a lecture class at university, and it was the fastest I’ve read any required reading in my life. It’s a new investigative novel, but it has a lot of story elements that will make you fall in love with it from the second you start. It’s also set in the 1940s, which gives the setting and dialogue something different than any other new release. This is the first book in Mosley’s Izzy Rawlins series, and let’s just say there’s a reason why he’s published more than 40 books. good for a start.
Agatha Christie has been called the “gateway drug” for novelists and crime novels, and that’s how it worked for me. I read this book for school in sixth grade and it was the first thriller I read. It’s one of the most popular books of all time and that’s why I fell in love with books. If you’ve never read it, now is the time to add it to your list.
Page Turning Thrillers You Need To Read
While he doesn’t technically qualify as interesting, his character that can’t be ignored and how scary he is at his core put him on this list. It tells the story of Elena, who recently learned how much her family is in debt after her grandmother’s death. She stumbles upon a job that sounds too good to be true, but it requires her to undergo a medical exam. It has been compared to The Handmaid’s Tale, and is an interesting commentary on class and race.

After spending most of my evening sitting on the sofa gasping in disbelief as Hercule Poirot announces the murderer in a series of questionable and intriguing characters, I would like to consider myself a serious worker. .
