If you or a loved one is living with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes, breakfast should include fat, fiber and protein. You want to avoid large amounts of added sugar, especially in the morning.

I’m going to take a step back, I’m completely gluten-free, but that being said, I don’t do anything with white flour because it contains unnecessary micronutrients. When I started looking for recipes without white flour they ended up without breadcrumbs, which is fine by me and the bonus is that most of them are made with almond flour which has a ton of nutrients. are, so it is successful.
