He had to cut out part of the design. The wood look in the design got in the way of the words and looked a bit messy in that area when printed. I also couldn’t get rid of the white border when printing. Very disappointing as I lost $20 and probably won’t be using it again. However, Charlie did try to help. I give her props for that.
Thanks for the feedback Tori. Now I’ve removed the wooden look on the left side of the template and replaced it with a clean white background so it doesn’t interfere with the words. I’m sorry you couldn’t find a printer that can print this program without a white border. The program will print with a thin white border if the printer you are using does not have a “Borderless” setting (“Borderless” is an option you can select to print to the edge of the paper).
