But is there such a thing as taking too many vitamins? And the answer is yes. The more you get, the better. If you take more than the body’s daily value, it will do more harm than good.
“If you see 1000% of the daily value for vitamin C, that’s too much. And depending on the vitamin, vitamin C can have unpleasant, bloating, diarrhea, unpleasant things, and other vitamins can be more serious, Chandler said.

Chandler recommends a multivitamin that does not exceed 100% of the daily value if you cannot meet your needs in your daily diet as approved by your doctor or healthcare provider.

“One suggestion might be to just grab a water bottle and aim to finish one bottle of water before lunch and then another through dinner,” Chandler said.
