Really? At any point where growth is needed, more energy is needed. My son just went through a growth spurt and boy did he eat during it! His body needed energy to grow and there was even some pain as his bones stretched to their new lengths. In each of these moments we interact with interesting people who have the ability to enlighten and delight us if we stop looking past what we want from them and enjoy them. When we need a change of scene, for some of us it’s as simple as walking out the door and looking ahead. If looking ahead is an ugly sight, look up. The sky is amazing even on a cloudless day. Mother Nature brings her A-game to the party every day. He will never let us down. Surrendering ourselves to the beauty of Mother Nature brings us a sense of comfort that nothing else can.
