The main requirement is additional equipment with cards. You can decorate the finished skirt of the sun with a card or make a puffy skirt from red and black tulle. On top you can use a corset or a simple turtleneck. A crown and a scepter or staff are accessories that will complete the look. The cards can be used to decorate an already made felt hat.
