The truck will pull up to the driveway and if you have a forklift, the truck will not have a lift gate. At this point, it’s your responsibility to get your parts out of the truck. The driver will move the parts back into place easily, but you will need to remove something from the trailer.
If you are at home and we have combined to provide a standard lift gate, it is a hydraulic lift that connects to the delivery vehicle. The driver will put the separator on the lift and lower it to the ground. Once you land on the ground, it is your responsibility to move the chest.
