Well how can I do this without being too offensive to the movie…I basically know nothing except that people believe in witches and they have some kind of power/spell/magic…I’m in I’m done watching the movie again one week. I liked this movie the first time, so I want to watch it again. But my first thought (all the words about different powers, different spells or magic, and pretty much all worlds I don’t understand and have never heard of) was screwed. On my second go, I started looking them up, and every word or power, and every specific ability that certain witches had, was based on real words and actual things that people practiced and believed in ancient history and today. Not that I believe it, but I’m surprised that it’s all based on real and historical events that happened. (Generally not the plot itself, but all the powers, witchcraft, spells, etc.) So I watched a third of the time, not that I could pick out 30 of the movies that I never understood or noticed %s of things. It makes the film even more profound and amazing. The fourth time I noticed the smallest detail and how one replaces the other, this is how the witch queen returns, the simple form only shows that her heart is saved, he thinks it is destroyed… Her power and divine most powerful tool used to enchant humanity eight hundred years ago has been destroyed, the reborn witch queen does not have the power to destroy humanity, but it is his own race that hides the secret from him that the heart is not destroyed because it could lead to his death or loss of immortality, they gathered all the deadliest and most powerful witches of over 800 years into this mythical creature/witch prison he captured. She will free them and combine all their powers to destroy the world. Or maybe she won’t lol…but there’s a lot more to the movie that I get the 4th time around, which makes it very charming. And I never believe and have never seen any witch movies…but this one I watched 4 times in a week and will probably watch it again every now and then…I’ve gotten to the point where I really like the story and totally understand and watching it 4 times and every time it’s amazing but i’m not interested in watching it again right away like before…but i watched it 4 times in a week and loved it every time and deserves 10 stars instead of 5 . .. Anyway, if you don’t understand the words and the story, you might miss a lot of what happened, you won’t understand what you didn’t miss, probably 2-3 stars for you… this movie is so profound, so much that many people don’t realize it’s superficial and based on the whole novel, they probably don’t like it at all…but boy oh boy are they stupid..let’s face it, most people weren’t educated about witches and history either, and neither do I. have fun

The Last Witch Hunter is a fantasy story, part period, part modern. The film begins in the Middle Ages when Calder (Vin Diesel) and a group of warriors fail to kill the witch queen (Julie Engelbrecht). Calder becomes immortal in the process and ends up killing the Wicked Witch for the Catholic Church until their queen returns and he has another chance to destroy her.
The story mixes action, like the fight scene with the witch queen at the beginning, and magic, like when he learns that his friend has been murdered by an evil witch, he finds his room covered in spells to hide what happened.
I didn’t expect much from The Last Witch Hunter, but it surprised me. I love the fight scenes, and Vin Diesel actually filled the role that I questioned beforehand.

This is my favorite movie of all time because I love all witch vampire werewolf stories. I love that this movie is so cheap and then I can buy it and watch it at home anytime.
