There is no way to link to a simple card what qualities a mother deserves. I didn’t fully understand the meaning of this day until I became a mother myself. Now when I try to say Happy Mother’s Day to my mom, I burst into tears of gratitude! Well, this year I’ve been trying not to be just a tearful mess when choosing a Mother’s Day card, and you know what? I couldn’t find anything that matched what I was looking for. So I said heck I’m a painter and I made this card.

This little card can say words it can’t. (Though the written part isn’t too bad, if I say so myself!) It’s the same mini-me look, with arms outstretched, made for hugging mom.
