“Vitamin C is good. Vitamin D is something we look at with importance. DHA is something you get from oily fish, and zinc is another thing we look at,” Chandler said.
But is there such a thing as taking too many vitamins? And the answer is yes. It’s not something you buy, well. If you take more than the body’s daily value, it does more harm than good.
“So if you’re looking at 1000% of the daily value for vitamin C, that’s probably too much. And depending on the vitamin, vitamin C could cause some cramping, bloating, diarrhea, all those things that aren’t very fun. . , and Other vitamins can be very intense,” Chandler said.

Chandler recommends a multivitamin that does not exceed 100% of the daily value, so that a person cannot meet their needs in the daily diet unless approved by your doctor or health care provider.

“One suggestion might be to just have a bottle of water and set a personal goal that you’ll finish one bottle of water at lunch and then another bottle of water at lunch,” Chandler said.
