Diy Christmas Decorations To Deck Your Halls
Then paint the egg carton to look like a Christmas tree. We have pain on both sides because we use different activities.
One way to use it as a Christmas tree is to tie yarn to make it look like a wreath.
Another way to use this recycled DIY kids Christmas tree craft is to flip the egg carton upside down and use it as a divider for color sorting. Place colorful dots of stickers in each box and offer the kids clothespins. Match colors and fill them with pom poms. In this way, you’ll turn DIY crafts into fine motorized pom poms with this matching/sending dot sticker activity. This exercise is perfect for developing hand-eye coordination skills and color sorting!
The Eco Friendly Christmas Tree
The turning point in the development of learning to recognize colors occurs between the ages of 12 and 18. Your child will recognize colors. Colors can be named by around 1 year old and colors can be named by 2.5-3 years old. So by around 2-3 years old you can introduce this activity and ask your child to sort the pom-poms into colored stickers!

Many years ago, while at handicrafts with my mother-in-law I learned to make mini Christmas trees from green pipe cleaners. You start with a small base block with a thin dowel sticking out. Then you take a long piece of pipe cleaner (about 6 inches or so) and screw it around the dowel.
But that makes them very realistic. before you twist each one You take about an inch of cleaner and slightly twist each end. (For sticks) You use several of the same length, then shorten the length around the dowel for a slimmer effect.
