I started by creating a floral balloon background with black, white, and translucent confetti balloons. I filled it inside with some red and pink balloons, and then printed crime scene tape inside.

Under the balloon, I hung a map of the United States, to track the crime and the killer’s movements. I added serial color clippings from TheRisingRose01 with red lines on the map showing the locations of their crimes. The addition of a few cheeky adhesive graphics completes the background.

In the back, I set up a bar cart as my dining table, which I wheeled onto the floor of the Body Silhouette.

On top of the bar cart, I used a criminal tape roll as a base to extend the black swirl, to which I added a bloody knife and a graphic from KritonArt’s True Crime Printable Bundle. Next to her, I placed a cake stand covered in cake, decorated with bloody knives and scissors, and I sat in a bloody dessert cup.

Underneath the bar cart, I set a bucket of ice and champagne on top of a copy of The Serial Killer Cookbook. I Jollity & Co. also provided “Slay Girl Slay” cocktail napkins by Seri Killer Faces (SVG cut files from MellowMockupDesigns) and evidence bags for her guests.

Next, I laid out my table. In the center of the dark brown table, I created a short runner using large clear bags of evidence. For the middle one, I used a large red painted pumpkin with “True Crime obsessed” on it, and lots of bloody knives stuck in it.

Oriental Trading’s Silicone Blood Band gave a drop of blood where the knives pierced the pumpkin.

At each end of the table, I placed some zero-image pictures, all blood-stained from the plant, and some small candle lights.

For my place setting, I used blood red chargers from Jollity & Co., Slay Napkins, and black plastic containers stacked with black and white striped plates. Each placeholder also received a red wine glass decorated with silicone blood bands on the rim, and cuffed around the base. For the place cards, I used small white pumpkins with true crime pictures and sat on top of the evidence. For each name, I wrote a true crime suspect that I gave to each guest in the “suspect” box. I also used proof marker numbers to mark each set.

Next, I created a killer photo booth wall using gold balloons (get it?) surrounded by photo booth props from ThePaperRhino and cutouts from the Killer Scraps Digital Collage Sheet from PixieHillStudio. I added some silicone blood banks, and blood splatters or fingerprints to the gold balloons for added surprise.
